K9Gourmet Ltd. provides artisan small-batch whole-food raw pet meal plans and related products for dogs, cats, and ferrets under the K9GourmetBB brand. Our services include:

Orders are placed via email at k9gourmetltd@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website. An order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canadian customers and US Dollars (USD) for US customers unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with a minimum of 14 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payment is due in full before preparation begins unless a deposit arrangement is agreed in writing. We accept e-transfer (Interac), credit/debit card, and other methods as agreed. All transactions are final once preparation has begun on perishable orders.
Applicable sales taxes (HST in Ontario, applicable state/local taxes in Washington) will be applied to orders where required by law.
We currently deliver across Toronto GTA. Delivery windows are estimates only — we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive cold deliveries, or that a suitable cold storage location is arranged in advance. K9Gourmet Ltd. is not responsible for spoilage resulting from unattended deliveries left in warm conditions.
Free delivery is included on monthly subscription plans within our standard delivery zones. Extended zones (e.g. Kitchener) may incur a surcharge which will be disclosed before your order is confirmed.

Monthly plan subscribers agree to provide accurate and current information at all times. You are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your pet's health status, weight, or dietary needs that may affect their meal plan.
Subscriptions auto-renew on your agreed delivery cycle. You may cancel at any time with 7 days notice before your next delivery. See our Refund Policy for full cancellation terms.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names (Barkin' Bites™, Finicky Felines™, Fuzzy Feast™), recipes, branding, and business systems — is the exclusive property of K9Gourmet Ltd. and is protected under Canadian and US intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires prior written consent from K9Gourmet Ltd.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any customer who violates these Terms, engages in abusive behaviour toward our team, provides materially false information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
You may terminate your subscription at any time per our cancellation policy. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for prepared orders.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email with a minimum of 14 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
